Ryan Nugara · Colombo, Sri Lanka
I build the systems I once wished businesses had.
Nine years across sales, operations and business development — I now turn the bottlenecks I recognise into websites, internal tools and AI-enabled products, designed, built and shipped end to end.
- Nine years in sales, operations & business development
- Business systems in daily production use
- AI products in active development
- Based in Colombo, working globally
The through-line
Nine years of operating, recompiled into software.
Everything I build started life as a job I once did by hand. The operating work on the left is where each capability on the right came from.

Web experiences
Marketing sites, service platforms and interactive landings — responsive, fast, built to convert.
ExploreBusiness systems
CRMs, customer platforms, dashboards and internal tools that reduce friction in a real workflow.
ExploreAI products
Knowledge systems, agent architectures, content pipelines and lead intelligence — with humans in the loop.
ExploreSelected work
Four systems, end to end.
Each one designed, built, tested and deployed by one person — statuses mean exactly what they say.
The career advantage
I didn't start in software — that's the edge.
I spent years leading sales, operations and business development before I shipped a line of production code. I've owned quotas, run QBRs, priced complex quotes, led an eight-person operations team, and carried the renewal conversation when delivery slipped.
That experience is in everything I build: an interface either reduces friction, improves a workflow or creates commercial value — or it doesn't ship.
The full progressionCurrent focus
What I'm building now.
-
AI-enabled business systems
CRMs, ops platforms and internal tools with verification discipline built in.
-
Product experiments
A prompt-intelligence platform and a consumer-health venture, both live and gated by evidence.
-
Reusable build systems
Patterns, design systems and automated checks that make the next build faster and safer.
-
Selective senior roles
Commercial-product roles where operating experience and shipping ability compound.
