From operating businesses to building for them.
Not a résumé wall — a progression. Each phase below taught something the next one was built on, and all of it now shows up in the software.

Early career Leo Burnett Client Services Intern
Client services foundation

- Supported account teams on briefs, campaign coordination and presentation development
- Learned stakeholder management where the stakes were someone else's brand
Transfers into everything client-facing since: the discipline of the brief, and respect for the room.
-
2019 – 2022 QJ Quartzstone Operations & Production Manager
Operations & production management
Operational leadership in a manufacturing business — accountable for production, quality and supplier coordination, with direct senior-client and executive engagement on high-stakes accounts.
- Led a cross-functional team of 8+ direct reports across production, quality control and supplier coordination
- Designed the KPI frameworks and SOPs that gave leadership structured visibility on output, quality and team performance
- Standardised workflows and lifted on-time delivery through continuous process improvement
Transfers directly into systems thinking: every dashboard, queue and approval flow I build is a workflow I once ran by hand.

2023 — now Sprinters Advertising LLC Regional Account Manager
Sales & account leadership
Regional agency work across South Asia and the Middle East — owning a portfolio of accounts across retention, expansion and cross-sell, and the pitch craft for new business.

- Promoted from Account Manager to Regional Account Manager within twelve months
- Owned pitch and proposal development end to end — discovery, storyboarding, presentation, negotiation

-
2024 – 2025 AdPod.xyz Business Development Specialist

Senior commercial role at an emerging Web3 advertising platform — building partnership pipeline from cold-start and translating a complex technical product into commercial outcomes for senior buyers.
- Originated, structured and closed partnerships end to end — prospecting through MOU negotiation, contracting and onboarding
- Lifted partnership revenue ~21%; closed a single anchor partnership at $126K
- Engaged C-suite decision-makers as a trusted advisor; improved pipeline retention ~12%
Transfers into productisation: pricing, packaging and qualifying — now applied to my own builds.

2025 → 2026
The turn — building the tools
The workload outgrew the tooling, so I started building my own: first a knowledge system so context stopped evaporating between AI sessions, then automations around the daily operating rhythm. The leverage was obvious and I leaned into it hard — modern frontend, Supabase/Postgres architecture, and AI-assisted development with verification discipline.
- Self-trained on a production stack: TypeScript, React, Supabase, Postgres RLS, edge functions
- Adopted an agentic workflow early — and learned to verify everything it produces
- First internal systems went from prototype to daily use
The transition phase — commercial judgment started compounding with shipping ability.

2026
AI systems & frontend development
The proving year: a production CRM with a duty-tax engine reconciled to the cent, a personal AI operating system running on schedules, a prompt-intelligence SaaS in live beta, and a complete booking-and-billing platform — each built end to end, each with automated tests and security checks in the loop.
- Four substantial systems shipped or in daily use (see Work)
- Verification as habit: E2E suites, RLS pentests, fuzzed money-math, scheduled security runs
- Open-sourced one platform publicly under MIT
This is where the portfolio's flagship case studies come from.

Now Mendwell · Grupo Nugara
Studio & products
Running Mendwell, a small studio shipping high-quality commercial websites and AI systems, while validating my own products — and staying open to the right senior commercial-product role.
- Studio delivery model: research-led builds, honest pricing, self-service handover
- Product pilots live and evidence-gated rather than hype-driven
- Reusable patterns and automated checks make every build faster than the last
The compounding phase: operator, designer and engineer in one loop.
